Similarly, we are also always on hand to advise, guide and keep you updated by phone or e-mail. Our telephone has no messaging service or options, so speak to us. We have the benefit of an online tracking service which is easy to use and keeps you and your Estate Agent abreast of each aspect of the buying or selling process. We are not affiliated to any Estate Agent or Mortgage Broker as we feel independent legal advice is of utmost importance to a Client when embarking upon such a large investment.

• Clear and transparent fees. We offer a fixed fee details of which will be sent to you in writing at the beginning of your transaction. We do not add to our overall fixed fee administration charges for acting for a Lender, e-mails, telephone calls or problem-solving.

• Peace of mind upfront non-abortive fee of £30.00 plus V.A.T so that if your transaction does not proceed to exchange of contracts for any reason, no matter how much work we may have done for you, you will not be charged anything further
