To flee one’s job and do something more interesting is often considered but rarely acted upon. In the summer of 2005 a young couple called Sarah & Rory chose to do exactly this so packed up their PCs and followed their dream. Their mission was sublimely simple, to bake joyous confections that melt in the mouth using entirely organic ingredients and fun packaging which would have a minimum impact on the environment. Their baking would be made from love, their service 2nd to none and their clients would become finest buddies.
