Country Farm Cakes

My mother Wendy decided to sell the delicious home-made cakes that she had been baking since I was a child. She approached a local village shop with a gorgeous fruit cake and a Victoria sandwich. As her reputation spread she was soon baking flat out to understand the demand. Clients commented that her home-made cakes tasted like the cakes their own Mothers used to bake when they were young. And so Country Farm Cakes was born.
