Gastrotray

After working in kitchens and restaurants for about twenty five years and sometimes not having the time to prepare home cooked food for the clients i found myself looking more and more for chilled or frozen substitutes but i can honestly say that i have always been able to tell if something on my plate was freshly made or mass produced, at gastrotray all of this has changed, we only use natural fresh ingredients to prepare our trayed meals or Pizzas for Pubs.
